WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty does not apply to:
1) Normal wear and tear
2) Cuts or scratches, or damaged caused by accident or impacts.
3) Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly , used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (e.g. upholstered furniture will lighten over time if its exposed to direct sunlight)
4) No warranty on upholstery/coverings/cushions covers
